Gearing system
Driving device with special hard-face gear box designed by our company.The gear box was designed basing on advanced European technology.In the design and development process, we use professional 3d drawing software like kisssoft, ANSYS, SMT,CAtia and SIMPACK , combined with force analysis and condition simulation to test and verify. The simulated condition are harder than actual. The gear cutting is accomplished by high precision gear grinding machine from NILES, LIEBHERR, making sure of precision. The mixing trough is manufactured by Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) and detected by three-dimensional tester(CMM) to insure precise dimensions. The latest designed gear box has integrated abilities as low-noise, big torsion, more durable, which guarantee the power pass down to the mixing device evenly and effectively. Thus a smooth running is accomplished with high stability and low maintenance cost .Between the motor and gear box, we us flexible coupling or hydraulic compling (option, can run with fully loaded) The gear box passes the power down to the mixing arms and forcing them to a double motion of rotation and a revolution, while forcing the scrapers to a motion of revolution, So a complicated motion trail is accomplished by the mixing devices to reach a intensive , efficient and homogeneous mixing .
Motion Track
The revolution and rotation of the mixing blades , is determinated after in-depth research and constantly test , making the mixer able to stir all kinds of size and proportion aggregate without segregation and get the maximum productivity . The materials are forced to a smooth and continuous motion track in the mixing trough. This picture shows, when the revolution, otion finished in a cycle, mixing lades motion track has covered the whole mixing trough ,making the material mixed in a short time and no left place .
Mixing device
Mixing relys composite material squeeze, flip action powered by the planetary axis of rotation installed in the barrel with blade mandatory. According to the different requirements of customers, pneumatic or hydraulic discharging can be used to switch the discharge gate , discharge gate support structure , and strength and industry conditions are effective to strengthen . The number of discharge gate can be opened up to three, and discharge gate on the design of specialized seals , to ensure that the sealing solid , reliable control .
The hydraulic power unit
Hydraulic power unit , specially designed to meet the requirement for more discharge gates, and manual unloading device in case of emergency is installed , you can manually open the discharge gate.
Maintaining door, The security device of the maintaining door
According to the requirement of the market , maintaining door all use of high reliability , high sensitivity safety switches to insure safety , convenient maintaining .
Observing port
Observing port is set on the maintaining door to observe the mixing status in the mixer power state.
The skip hopper , The weighing system
The skip hopper can be chosen according to the requirements of customers. The feeding door automatically opens when deeding , and closes when the hopper begins to descend . The device effectively prevents the dust overflow the trough during the mixing to protect the environment ( this technique has obtained the patent) According to different requirements we can add aggregate weigher , cement weigher and water weigher .
High pressure washing
Automatic high=pressure cleaning system, the use of rotating high-pressure nozzle within a few minutes , stirring drum wall , mixing tools , the mixing tube to cover thoroughly cleaned. Greatly improve the cleaning effect, reducing cleaning time, reduce labor intensity and improve the working environment .
Water spray pipe
The special designed sprayer is installed on the water pipe . The spraying water cloud can cover more area and also make the mixing more homogeneous .
